ORDERING
Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Unfortunately, no. Since our products are made on demand, orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. Please double-check your order details and sizes before completing your purchase.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

- Apple Pay (via desktop, Safari, or mobile)
- Discover Card
- MasterCard
- Visa
Please note: We do not accept pre-paid gift cards or split payments. Each order must be made using a single payment method.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time—please plan accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience!
When will my order ship?
We work to create and ship orders as quickly as possible based on the estimated delivery dates provided. Once your order ships, you'll receive a notification and can track its progress with the carrier.
Please refer to your confirmation email for the estimated delivery window. These windows are estimates and may vary depending on carrier volume. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Do you have any coupons or discounts?
We occasionally run sales with discount codes displayed on our site. Mailing list subscribers may also receive exclusive offers.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US Dollars.

What is your return policy?

How long will it take to receive my refund or exchange?
Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 10 business days after your return is received and inspected at our returns center. Once approved, you'll receive an email update.
For refunds, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the credit. Processing times may vary.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We currently do not offer exchanges, as all ZODIAT products are made to order. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll find a solution.
I received a damaged, defective or incorrect item. What do I do?
Please follow the steps located below.

To qualify for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective products: If your product arrives with a printing error, damage, or manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Wrong item received: If we sent you the wrong item, we'll send out the correct one right away.
- Lost in transit: If your order is lost during shipping, we will replace it once confirmed.
Please note that ZODIAT products are custom-made, and returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect items. We do not offer returns for size or color preference issues, so be sure to double-check your sizing guide before placing your order.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size chart to help you choose the best fit.
SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
nce your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view your order history and track shipments on the My Account page.
Can you ship to a post office box?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please provide a street address or access point for delivery. However, PO boxes can be used as billing addresses.
Tracking shows as delivered, but I don’t have my package. What do I do?
Check all possible delivery areas, including your front porch, side door, back porch, garage, bushes, mailbox, and mailroom. Ask neighbors, housemates, concierges, or coworkers (if delivered to work) if they may have received it on your behalf.
If your package is still missing 3 days after the delivery date shown in the tracking information, contact us at info@zodiat.com. Please note that refunds may require a carrier investigation to be completed first.
