ZODIAT Return & Refund Policy

At ZODIAT, we want you to love what you wear as much as we love creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return and refund guidelines below to ensure the best possible experience.

Order Issues? We’ve Got You Covered

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. Please send requests to info@zodiat.com and include: the order number, item number, a description of the issue and a clear photo of showing the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return & Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective products: If your product arrives with a printing error, damage, or manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Wrong item received: If we sent you the wrong item, we'll send out the correct one right away.
  • Lost in transit: If your order is lost during shipping, we will replace it once confirmed.

Please note that ZODIAT products are custom-made, and returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect items. We do not offer returns for size or color preference issues, so be sure to double-check your sizing guide before placing your order.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To begin a return or replacement, simply email us at info@zodiat.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective item (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and provide you with the next steps. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after your return request is approved.

Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (including incorrect size, color, or address)
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions, unless defective

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, as all ZODIAT products are made to order. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll find a solution.

Shipping Costs

If your return is approved, we’ll cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. However, shipping fees are non-refundable for other reasons, including customer error or preference.
